Chicken Fajitas

1 lb skinless, boneless chicken breast
1 pkg dry fajita mix
3 peppers
1 onion
1/4 c water
Whole wheat tortillas

Slice peppers, onions and chicken into strips. Place all ingredients into a crockpot. Cook on low for 5-6 hours. Place crockpot mixture in a tortilla and top with desired veggies.

I made this recipe last night for my roommates. Everyone loved it; it was a big hit.

I dont know about you, but I prefer recipes with pictures, but I forgot last night. So I will make sure to do that for the next recipe.

  1. I really enjoy your approach in getting others to eat healthy. What better way to encourage eating healthy than to give recipes; rather than listing facts as to why you should eat this or that.
